❀ How do I care for my crochet? 

You can hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with cool water and a mild detergent. (I would highly recommend hand washing only) 

Avoid wringing or twisting and lay the item flat to dry, DO NOT put it in the dryer as the heat can damage the fibers.

 

❀ How long does it take to create your projects? 

Each crochet piece varies, most projects take me over an hour to make. New custom pieces take me longer since I am unfamiliar with the pattern that I am following or if I'm free-handing the piece for you.

For pipe cleaner flowers, they take me 30 minutes to an hour + 

 

❀ Do you take commissions? 

Yes! I'd love to turn your dream into a reality if possible! 

 

❀ Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds? 

Unfortunately I will not be taking any returns, exchanges or refunds. Due to these being handmade, each piece is made to order and are unique to you! 

 

❀ What if my order arrived damaged? 

I'm very sorry if your order arrived damaged. I try to package everything with extreme caution for it to arrive to you safely.

Please contact me at hookedbyceleste@gmail.com with photos within 3 days of delivery and we can discuss a solution.

 

❀ My package is lost! 

I am not responsible for lost packages. Once the package has been dropped off and is in the possession of the delivery carrier, I am unable to assist any further.

You can do the following: 

• Contact the delivery carrier with your tracking #
• Please check your surrounding areas. Your porch, backyard, neighbors! 
• If by any means the delivery is lost in transit, please reach out to me and I'll try my best to file a claim with the delivery service on your behalf.
